Your payment details are handled directly by KKiaPay on a secure connection. FARELAB never sees, stores or has access to your card or mobile money credentials.
All transactions are charged in CFA francs. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. These charges are set by your bank, not by us.
Once your payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive it within an hour, check your spam folder before contacting us.
If your payment is declined, no order is created and no amount is taken. Check with your bank or mobile money operator, then try again.
If an amount was debited without an order confirmation, write to us with the transaction reference and we will resolve it.
