FARE garments are made in limited runs from Beninese cotton, using vegetable dyes. Colour and texture vary slightly from one piece to another. These variations are inherent to the process and are not defects.
Photographs are as faithful as we can make them, but screens render colour differently. A slight difference between the image and the piece you receive is not grounds for a claim.
Prices are shown in CFA francs (XOF), excluding shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
For international orders, import duties and customs charges are not included and are payable by you on delivery.
An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and you have received our confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a manifest pricing error, suspected fraud, an unpaid earlier order, or stock that is no longer available. In that case you are refunded in full.
Payment is due in full at the time of order, through KKiaPay. Accepted methods are listed on our payment page.
Delivery times and costs are set out on our shipping page. Times are indicative and start from dispatch, not from the order.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Check your parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photographs.
Conditions are set out on our returns page. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Benin. In case of dispute, we will always look for an amicable solution first. Failing that, the courts of Cotonou have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
